Terms and Conditions – Lume Lash and Nail Salon
Welcome to Lume Lash and Nail Salon. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling your visit.
1. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in reduced service time or rescheduling, at the salon’s discretion.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future appointments.
