Refund Policy – Lume Lash and Nail Salon
At Lume Lash and Nail Salon, we take pride in delivering exceptional nail and lash services. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Services

  • We do not offer cash refunds on nail or lash extension services once they have been completed.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and offer a correction or touch-up at no additional cost.

  • Corrections must be booked within 7 days of the original service.

2. Products

  • Refunds or exchanges are available only for unopened, unused retail products within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt.

3. Allergic Reactions

  • We use professional-grade products, but if you experience an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately. Refunds are not issued, but we will remove lash extensions or nails free of charge and offer product guidance for future visits.

4. Missed Appointments

  • Missed or late appointments without sufficient notice (at least 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit.
